Have you considered switching to a Paper appeal that you do not have to attend.

If you want to cancel it then you need to contact the Tribunal Service, preferably in writing quoting your appeal reference number. You will be given one month to change your mind.

None. You can withdraw the appeal on the day of the hearing if you want.
