Its been 5 months now and I still have not heard about my appeal, I did phone them about a month ago and was told i was near the top of the list, but still nothing. does it normally take this long to be heard?
There is some variation across the country, five months is o the high side of what we would expect, are you in the SW? This area has significantly longer wait times than the rest of the country.
