Payments for ESA have always appeared as DWP ESA, but this week its showing as DWPGB-FP-Funding. The amount is the same as always, but I'm slightly concerned as I recently returned a reassessment form. I am in the support group and have multiple serious conditions, which are progressive. Having significantly deteriorated, this has worried me. Many Thanks in advance.

I haven't seen that code used before, we regularly see JSA as the code, but I think that it is the same and is simply an ad hoc payment rather than the normal regular payment. These happen even when there is no change to the claimants situation, the DWP computer system do not appear to be very robust and it appears to be quite easy for normal payments to fail.
