How long should I wait for a response was created by Amanda w

I received notice of my esa being stopped on the 20th may. I sent my request for M. R by the 15 th of June. I still have heard nothing. How long should I wait before ringing them to find out what's happening

MRs usually take 5-8 weeks but there is no harm in your giving them a call for an update.
