The WCA and side-effects from Medication. was created by Kevin Glynn
Is there any information available by way of established caselaw which deals with the side-effects of medication, and a person's ability to undertake the activities safely, reliably and to an acceptable standard as defined in the descriptors in the work-capability assessment?

CD

Safely, reliably, etc should be covered in CE/1936/2012

I don't remember anything for the effects of medicine and nothing is showing in the searches I have done, the only thing I found was CE/609/2011 but this appears to be specific to continence.

Gordon.

Thanks for the info Gordon.

Likewise, I struggled to find anything substantive on the side-effects of medication. I will take a look at UT decisions CE/1936/2012 and CE609/2011.
