Limited Capability for Work and Work related Activ was created by Rocky.uk
I went for my ESA Assessment Thursday 20th July last week. I'm waiting to here back from the DWP, but in the meantime I requested a copy of the assessment. I received the report yesterday and the Physio who did the report wrote
"The client was found to meet the criteria for.
'Limited Capability for Work and Work Related Activity'
I don't understand what the 'Limited Capability for Work and Work Related Activity'. Means.?
Can you help. Thank you Paul

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

'Limited Capability for Work' means that the assessor believes you have met the criteria for ESA WRAG.
In addition, 'Limited Capability for Work Related Activities' means the assessor believes you meet the criteria for the Support Group.
Don't forget that the Decision Maker does not have to go with this recommendation (although it is unusual for them to do otherwise).
As an aside, it is unusual for the ESA assessment to be sent to the claimant before the decision has been notified.

They send you a pamflet with your appointment letter . The letter saying the time date and where the address of the assessment centre. In the pamflet it states that you can request a copy of the assessment. I'm surprised they sent the overall result.
Smashing.
Thank you for your help. Regards Paul
