'Limited Capability for Work' means that the assessor believes you have met the criteria for ESA WRAG.

In addition, 'Limited Capability for Work Related Activities' means the assessor believes you meet the criteria for the Support Group.

Don't forget that the Decision Maker does not have to go with this recommendation (although it is unusual for them to do otherwise).

As an aside, it is unusual for the ESA assessment to be sent to the claimant before the decision has been notified.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

They send you a pamflet with your appointment letter . The letter saying the time date and where the address of the assessment centre. In the pamflet it states that you can request a copy of the assessment. I'm surprised they sent the overall result.
Smashing.
Thank you for your help. Regards Paul
