I've received a letter from pension credit saying they are writing about the recent change in circumstances ( what change ?) and my pension credit will stay the same. How pension credit is worked out states State Pension for (my name ) gives amount. Personal Independence Payment for (my name ) is not counted as income left blank, this is repeated again underneath. Does this seem that I have been given P I P ? If I haven't would this make any difference to the amount of pension credit I receive ? Thanks.
It's possible that a PIP award has been made, it often takes longer for the Decision Letter to arrive than letters from other agencies. The only way to know is for to contact the DWP office dealing with your claim.
