OK, so the prompting has to be from somebody else, you do not need to be receiving the prompting to score points but you would need to explain how you manage if there is nobody available to provide the prompting.
Social support is defined in the PIP Claim guide, the person providing the support needs to trained in providing the necessary support, this could be a relative or friend providing they have the necessary skills.
