Appeal today was created by Banness

So so had the dreaded appeal today. Decision regarding my ms was turned down even though I had letter from neurologist stating it wouldn't be good for my health returning to work after 19 years. I have commenced employment just 8.5 hours a week but it's a long day.
I would like to thank all at benefits and work for your guides. Good luck to all who are having to live with disabilities and are going through these testing times.

I'm sorry your appeal was unsuccessful.

You can make a new claim for ESA is you can show that your conditions have deteriorated since you were last assessed or if you have a new condition such that you would be likely to receive an award.
