I have asked for an appeal of my PIP decision and this week received the papers from DWP which is all of the correspondence/ reports that relate to my case. I was in receipt of DLA so there was one page of medical evidence from that and several pages of medical evidence that belongs to someone else. It has her NI number, address and medical notes. What should I do?
