First I have been trying to see when I subscribed and when I am due to renew. I thought there might be an 'about me' option with this information. Second I wanted to comment about the use of your PIP guides but having looked for a solution to the first 'problem' I have now failed to find the PIP area again. However the answer to your query is No I did not use your guidesm I was one of the very early people reviewed and I had to deal with it by myself. Fortuneatly I had a support letter from my GP detailing my life long COPD, hearing and OSA problems so I did end up with a PIP payment. Perhaps your IT people could make moving about your site a bit easier. (note I am a Chartered IT Professional although web development was in early satges when I was obliged to retire due to having a brain tumour! so I can't help out!).
