Hi,
I have leg muscle issues where the cause has not be diagnosed yet. My doctor has given me a 50 day fit note with the 'I advise you that' section crossed in the 'you may be fit for work taking into account of the following advice:'. Would this be any good for an ESA claim? Or do I definitely need to to have it stating 'you are unfit for work'?

The Fit Note should be sufficient for you to claim ESA.
