hello, i have put in a appeal to the courts as i feel i wasnt given the right points as i only got standard and no mobility at all .i use walking aids or a crutch , will my present pip keep going until the court case comes to me,also i am finding it hard to look on your forum to go and watch court cases localy in wigan just so i know how i will feel,i am hoping it wont get to that but wish me luck,can you let me know.cath

Yes, your current award will remain in payment until the Tribunal hearing.
If you want to see a Tribunal, then contact the Clerk of the Court for your local venue they should be able to advice you about attending.

It's impossible to say, statistically the success rate at appeal is over 60% but you can't really apply this to an individual claim, you need to make sure that you have shown that you meet the criteria for the extra points that you need for a higher award.

i have also been diagnosed last week with trochantalic busimatic and started having cortasne injections.
