If you are going by the Decision Letter then it's actually quite unlikely that you claim will be reassessed in November, the date is an administrative date associated with the payment of the Christmas Bonus.
You can find out when you will be assessed again by contacting the DWP office dealing with your claim, your computer record should have the date included in it.
