You can ask a couple of days after the assessment, to make sure that the DWP have received it but it is standard practice for ESA for it to not to be released until after the Decision Letter has been produced and sent to the claimant.

Hi to you all
I had my assessment for ESA a few weeks ago. In the assessment i refused to do the exercises but still got put in support group so all good for a little while.
