Hi, there was an error of law so I went to an upper tribunal and I won my apeal. I revived a letter from the dwp saying they want to reassess me. Can they legally do that?

Have the DWP put your latest Tribunal result into payment yet?
Your Tribunal Decision (the latest one) re-makes the original Decision but may not have increased the length of the award. When does your current award end?
I'm afraid the bottom line is that the DWP can reassess a claimant at any time and for any reason. What form have they sent you, an AR1 Review form or the full PIP2 claim form?
