Hi Please can you help me I’m on esa in Wrag since December 2012 and haven’t had a reassessment since 2012, ’ve been having my interviews with jobcentre advisor over the phone since 2015 because of the distress it caused me when I attended the job centre, she advised me to ask for a mandorty reconsideration as my health have deteriorated and she thinks I should be in support group, I wrote a letter asking for a mandorty reconsideration and explained my health had deteriorated and also informed them that I had changed gps so they could update they files, i was sent a esa50 form which I filled in and returned with additional information from my gp in July and I haven’t heard anything since?
There are considerable delays in the ESA assessment process at the moment with many members waiting six months or more to hear about whether they need a face to face assessment or not.
