Is there a guideline on the time within which a Tribunal should be held? In January I was advised that as a medical specialist would need to attend, that it might take longer and did I have any plans up until October. It's now October and I haven't heard anything since. This is for Industrial Injury Benefit, which was stopped last September; I am also waiting on a Tribunal date for my ESA. Thanks, Paul

I'm afraid not. Try contacting the TS for an update on wait times for your area.
If you are suffering financial hardship waiting for a hearing then you can write to the TS asking for your hearing(s) to be prioritised, but to be honest most claimants will likely be in the same situation but it's still worth a try.
