Thanks Gordon, it's a real catch 22. At least I know that my local job centre are aware of the severity of my situation, and will therefore only ask to do phone calls. I suppose the logical thing is to ask for mandatory consideration, unless the DWP can give some sort of guarantee I'm not going to be put through all the same stuff again.
