I have sent back my ESA50 i have recieved new information from my GP fantastic letter also my mental health consultant cani i send them in tomorrow or is it too late ??

At the moment there is quite a delay before assessment so you should have time to get a copy of the letters to them. Don't forget to put your name and NI number at the top of each page.

Well can't believe it a brown envelope came this morning I am in support group no change a relief having been to a pip assessment from hell on the 16 the Oct still waiting on that thank very much Gordon and co ur detail how to fill informs etc was just. Fantastic thanks a million letters know how I get on with pip the ESA50 has been quick quick 6 weeks in total from sending back form

I would check with the DWP that a Decision has actually been made, we have had a number of members believe that one had only to find that the letter was just an Entitlement letter.

Hi Gordon it says if you think the decision is wrong I have one month from date of this letter and the start it's says a decision on your capability for work ????

I would still check, ESA letters are notoriously confusing and any Decision, will have similar wording, even if there is no apparent change to you claim.
