Is there a guide for completing PiP with the above conditions?. Even though it is too late as case going to Appeal Tribunal, form completed by a Disability Charity very badly, a complete pigs ear of it and now they say they will not attend court with the claimant to represent her. Any advice appreciated...

PIP isn't awarded for a condition but rather the limitations that result from it, so are guides don't deal with specific conditions although we do provide sample answers for many conditions.
Some of the deaf charities may have PIP guides that deal with some of the issues that deaf people might face with regard to the PIP activities, but it is important to fully understand the criteria against which you are being assessed and our guide is likely to be a better source of information for this.

Many Thanks

DLA could be awarded for a general need for care, I know that some deaf claimants qualified through this route, PIP does not have an equivalent condition.
