Presumably the next thing should be to receive a blank PIP2 form? Is this overdue? Should I phone them about this and should I use the phone number on the form or the customer services number also in the form?
I was working from one of your guides, the 26/4/2017 93 page one, page 10 but they would not move until I quoted the 2010 Equality Act as it says on that page.
