DLA to PIP - Mandatory Reconsideration result., ca was created by Scorpioted
Hi,
Can you advise me as to where I can locate an advocate to represent me at the tribunal hearing. The mandatory reconsideration went as thought. A total set of lies by DWP assessor. It just makes me more determined to pursue it to the bitter end. Many thanks, by the way, I've already spoken to CAB who were less than helpful and do not supply advocates.

I'm afraid you may struggle to find someone.
Do an internet search for "welfare advice" with your postcode, town or county. You can also try contacting and charities that specialise in your conditions.

You don't need to have an advocate sorted out before you submit the appeal request. You can notify the Tribunal Service if you are able to fnd someone in due course.
