DWP investigation by independent case examiner

dwp poor service. Complaint to independent case examiner. Please could you advise . Received 80 page report on faults with dwp service resulting in deterioration of condition . Had apologies, small amount of compensation, this went on for 3 years . Disgusting and very distressing. It is hard to believe that sadly after having to finish work due to my health after working all my life , this has happened to me . Paperwork lost , lies and cover-up Consultants and my specialist services have written reports to the impact on my health. I feel i have been on a battle field while extremely unwell, the financial worry causing deterioration.... sending paperwork numerous times , emails , telephone conversations, to provide evidence which I was told had helped the independent case examiner . I cannot believe what has happened to me. This is Unacceptable and the report is going to the parliamentary ombudsman. Has anyone any advise or similar situation. Thank you

Thanks Gordon, the independent case examiners findings report is hard to believe, the faults and maladministration is extremely distressing. I would hate for anyone else suffering with a life changing condition to have to go through this, this is why my family are helping taking this to parliament and want justice , as they have seen what I have been through . They want compensation to help me , if anyone can help with advise . We did see a case online , a lady who's health had suffered due to deterioration in her condition. This will not give me my health back but will allow better management instead of nearly 4 years of what i call a battle of survival while very unwell. Regards

Thank you .i feel I have been back at university with all the paperwork and changed name to Sherlock Holmes to put a lighter side on things, but the sabotage on my illness as stated by medical professionals who treat me has been immense. If I was not just a proud person I would go to the newspapers but cant face anymore. M.P can now look at this,report and send it to the parliamentary ombudsman. It took 2 years to investigate to write this report as everything they had on record was looked into , but independent case examiner stated my evidence was what helped them and without it they would never has known the details and sadly would not get to the bottom of the lies and misales Also my evidence proved their denial and lies.
