On the Assessors Full pip Report
When they comment, sentences with "Medication uptake not stated etc

On my report I stated what medication and how many times a day taken
e.g pain meds 1x3 daily

Yet the assessor makes the above comment
So is it they simply over looked the information given to them OR are they looking for something else.

I would think it would more likely to be an over sight, providing you are taking prescribed medication and not over the counter pain medication.
