Tribunal was created by Grace
I am waiting for a date for a tribunal for esa it has been almost 6mths of waiting and it is making my anxiety worse. I have an anxiety disorder which has been more prevalent due to the thought of having to attend a tribunal. Is there anything I can do to prevent a tribunal at this late stage?

You can cancel your Tribunal at any time including the day of the hearing, alternatively you can switch to what is called a Paper appeal that you do not attend, just make sure that all of the information that you want to provide is with the Tribunal Service before you contact them.

Forgive me but I'm not sure what your expectation of an appeal is/was, an appeal is all about a hearing! Even a Paper appeal has a hearing!
