I found completing my PIP application form extremely difficult to complete due to low concentration and focus. However, I have looked at a copy of my completed form, in readiness for an up coming assessment and I have spotted that I have answered no to a question when it should have been a yes. Will I be able to rectify this mistake at my face to face assessment?

You should be able to do so, but put it in writing as well so that it can be included in your file, I would also send a copy to the DWP office dealing with your claim, the address should be on any letter that you have had from them about your PIP, mark it for the attention of the Decision Maker.
