Hello After getting esa on a reassessment a few months ago. I received a letter today from dwp, stating that they are taking money from said benefit under instructions from United utilities to pay my water bill and arrears! I've had no pre warning or notification that this was being set up. Had a letter ages ago from uu saying that I owe and threatening etc. So dwp have given them information etc? Thanks in advance
Thanks for replying. I'm just Livid that they have allowed all this without notification etc. No breakdown of sum or reason behind figures. Also no end time
