Assessment Report After Satisfactory Outcome

Would there be any drawbacks at all in doing it? I am not going for an MR as like I say, I am happy with the decision, but just wonder if there are any inconsistencies it may affect things in the future. Also, would the assessor know that the report has been asked for?

Just contact the DWP office dealing with your claim. You are entitled to a copy of the report, there should be no knock on effect to your requesting it. The assessor is not notified.
