OVERPAYMENT of ESA and appeals process! was created by John Carthy
HELP! OVERPAYMENT of ESA. Thet state that I have been overpaid by £3,700. Thet=y state that I did not inform them that I was receiving an Occupational Pension. I did. Mandatory Reconsideration has failed. I intend to appeal. Citizens Advice are about to tell me to pay and NOT appeal further.
Someone, please HELP me!

Thank you for the reply. Yes, I think that I can. I intend to appeal. I am seeing Citizen's Advice tomorrow. I think they are lukewarm about further appeal. I have lists of phone calls, texts and letters. I intend to appear in person.
