I am at my wits end at the movement my two sons leave in Australia and have paid for me to go over for 10 weeks to see them and my gran children
I am waiting for the forms to come so I can get them filled in will I still be able to go ? Will I lose my money ? Do I need to tell them ☹️

The obvious issue will be your being required to attend a face to face assessment, so I don't see how you can hide the fact that you are going away as a failure to attend without notifying the Assessment Provider will almost certainly result in your claim being closed.
I would start by speaking the to DWP as they are the only ones that can suspend your claim while you are away.

Providing you are not receiving any other benefits then the 10 weeks should not be a problem.

I'm sorry we do not have regional information on wait times. They were up at about 12-16 weeks a couple of months ago but we have had no recent information to confirm whether this is still the case.
You can try contacting the Assessment Provider for your region
