Medical Assessment 28 months after tribunal appeal was created by wotnot
Hi all
I won my PIP tribunal 18 months ago. I suffer from JIA/RA, Fibro and Osteopaena and was on DLA for many years. Had everything taken away after my 1st assessment in October 2015 only to have it all reinstated plus some at appeal. Got my reassessment letter in September 2017 and now have another f2f on Thursday. I’ve requested to record it as last time so much was missed. Does anyone have any experience of f2f after already winning a tribunal? Not sure I could go thru another one.....

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

There is no difference to the face to face if you have won at appeal, they'll approach the assessment in the same way as they would any other reassessment.
What form did you complete an AR1 Review form or was it another PIP2?

It was an AR1. I completed it ‘no change’ but elaborated briefly on each point. I included a copy of the tribunal judgment, an up to date prescription list and some info I downloaded from my GP file ie blood test results etc. I also included a submission from me reiterating how it affects me and that I have a progressive, degenerative disease that won’t improve and I’ve suffered from since 1973, 6 hip replacements etc etc.
