My pip appeal papers have arrived from dwp. Under section 2. Illnesses and disabilities it says one of my conditions to be hyperthyroidism (thyrotoxicosis) including graves disease and shoulder surgery in March 2016. When it should say hypothyroidism and shoulder surgery in March 2017. I also have fibromyalgia, they got that right.

Should I write back to the tribunal about this.
Thank you.
Yes you should raise the issue, I would write a separate letter to the TS with the problems, try and indicate if you can what differences of symptoms this would result in, it might prompt the DWP to look at the report again, but also include it in your submission for the hearing.
