The answer to your question lies in the tribunal's reasoning, which you will find in the statement of reasons when you receive it.

I'm afraid tribunal's can get away with making assumptions, but if they don't adequately explain, however briefly, how they drew their conclusions or if the decision is not supported by the evidence, it's potentially an error of law.
