Hi - As I have already had my tribunal and am waiting on the results, I have a quick question from what I went through yesterday. The judge at the beginning mentioned they could not take into account any more recent evidence unless it related to the period of PIP application. I gave them 3 more recent letters from orthopaedic surgeons as they are looking at another operation on my knees. I was surprised to find quite a few questions on these. Will they take these into account after all since it ties in to when my knees first started going in 2014/2015?
If you have had your Tribunal then a Decision has already been made even if you have not been notified of it, the panel do this as soon as the hearing ends.
Whether the letters have been included or not is impossible to say, they may have just prompted questioning about the problems you have with your knees.
