Not happy about my new PIP award was created by nairn62
I just received my new (DLA to PIP) award. In a nutshell, the PIP medical assessor blatantly lied. I have finished the Mandatory PIP Reconsideration Request letter (using your guides) informing them of this fact. The annoying thing is that there is nowhere on the enclosed DWP pages stating 'where' to send the letter to. Very frustrating, so now I have to call them up and ask!

Criticising the report is important but is very unlikely to result in an award unless you also show that you meet the criteria for one, so think about including this information in your MR letter.
The DWP office address will be on the letter informing you of the Decision.

Hi, amazingly, there are no addresses listed on my award letter and no telephone numbers either. Not helpful at all.
