I assume that you are receiving Contribution Based ESA, the payment of ESA(CB) is limited to 365 days if the claimant is not in the Support Group.
When your ESA(CB) ends you may be eligible for Income Related ESA, ESA(IR) is dependant on your household income, your savings and assets, and any hours that your partner works. See
