Pip appeal

We are seeing this more often, basically the panel are checking what DLA award was in place, although the criteria are actually quite different between DLA and PIP you can still make some assumptions about the level of PIP award that might be made from the previous DLA one, for example a High Rate Mobility award should translate to a Standard Rate PIP award.

Yes, you will get copies of everything that the panel will be looking at during the hearing and can make comment on them if you wish.
