Hi All, finally after eleven weeks or so given a date for a face to face assessment re my ESA claim.I made it very clear due to my illnesses and condition I would need a home ,domiciliary visit , if a face to face assessment was required. This has been ignored and I have been told to go to their centre. Can I get advice on how to ensure I can get a home evaluation instead.Mant Thanks in advance.Timmy.
You will not get a home assessment without a letter from your GP specifically explaining why you cannot attend at their offices, they need to make it clear that there are no circumstances in which you can attend, any suggestion that your conditions might be worsened or that you might suffer problems will undermine the letter.
