can you change a venue for an esa assessment

My daughter has mental health issues and has been seen a date for a face to face assessment miles away can she change by request the venue at the moment she is in the support group

Appointments are computer generated. However it is possible to ring and change the appointment and venue but you can only do this once. It is best to rearrange the appointment whilst on the phone as if they send you one and it is not convenient you have no alternative but to go because non attendance will result in closure of your daughter's claim.

Just to make you aware that your full name is showing. You can change it by doing the following:
Click on the Profile button at the top of the topic list on the forum page.
On the new page there is an Edit button on the right, click on this.
On the next page you can change the Name field which is value displayed in the forum.
Enter your Forum Password into the Password and Verify Password fields.
Click on the Save button to complete the change.
