HI, I was wondering if you could help.my friend filled there pip ar1 in in December sent off with lots of documents.received a text message today saying thanks for sending how your disability effects you.we may need you to attend a consultation with health care professional before we make a decision.. Is this a generated message instead of letter please.and also can they make decisions without another face to face Last award was for 4 years but renewal a year early. Really appreciate your help Thanks
