hi gordon, i have completed my MR request letter and detailed the descriptors i disagree with and detailed my reasons why i disagree and the letter has been sent 1st class signed for but i have just realized on looking at my copy i have forgot to sign the letter , i did include my national insurance ref and address along with date of birth. do i need to send another copy signed by me or will they accept this request unsigned. many thanks. bb
