PA4 pip

Just received my PA4 back from my pip assessment renewal.

It’s scoring 4 points

When 18 months ago scored 11 points.

On my renewal questionnaire I said most of my condition had become worse

The medical includes facts that are a lie and he has made a whole lot of things up
As a fact I said I couldn’t attempt any movements with my left arm as it’s dislocated my left shoulder

The hp has said it’s ok can do this and so on (lies)

He has failed to include any thing that may be considered by a case manager to support my case

And included things that are the complete opposite

Do I wait until I get letter from the dwp then ask for a MR

Or be proactive now?
