Pip turned down at tribunal was created by JACKTOFF

Hi
My wife has just lost her PIP tribunal case
She has just been put on WRAG from the support group about 4 weeks ago
I am in both standard DLA and also get just £8 a week ESA (support) because of my pension
Can she claim any carers/attendance allowance for me?

If she is able to provide 35 hours or more of care a week then in principle she can apply for Carers Allowance, however I would recommend that you put your information in to one of the online benefit calculators to see if you would actually be better of by her making such a claim, as their are circumstances where she would not.
