Never assume that those assessing will do anything in regard your claim, except the bare minimum.
If you think that your ESA report will help with your PIP claim then include, but understand that the criteria are different so you will need to explain the relevance, for example ESA only concerns itself with a distance of 50m, so if you want to score higher then it will only take you so far. The use of a wheelchair is not relevant to a PIP claim.
