Hi folks, I need to send a letter to the DWP (as well a to Maximus) to request to hav my ESA face to face assessment recorded etc....

Who would have thought finding an address could be so hard!

Could you please advise me what address I need to post this letter to? Or at least point me in th right direction?

I've found mention of "new" freepost addresses etc but you need to know what centre in the country is dealing with your claim.

I am hard of hearing, so cannot phone them.

You don't need to contact the DWP, they have no interest in whether the assessment is recorded or not, you just need permission from Maximus, use the address of the assessment centre you have an appointment at.
