There is no definition of a what a familiar journey means nor whether it is on foot or by car, however I would not worry too much about the method and consider the familiar places that you might go to and the problems that you have doing so.
Understand that Descriptors (d) and (f) are about the problems that you would have with following a route, these may be due to overwhelming psychological distress but it is the problems that are being assessed not the distress.
If you meet (f) or score 12 points for both Mobility activities then you will receive the Enhanced rate.
