You should be receiving an Enhanced Disability Premium with your ESA, it's shown as a the Disability Income Guarantee on your ESA Entitlement letters, this would be a change from your DLA. If you aren't then contact the DWP office dealing with your claim.
If you get Housing Benefit then it should be at the full rate and you may be eligible for a discount to your Council Tax.
The online calculators should list all of the benefits and entitlements that you are eligible for.
