When do we receive the dreaded brown envelope was created by keepingcalmlisa
Hello, I am in the support group on contributionary side of things since 2016, I don’t know for how long and too scared to phone, but please when are the brown envelopes being sent out to say I have received it or not. I am making myself ill with worry

The annual Entitlement letters should have already been sent out.
Your current award remains in place until a new Decision is made on your claim.
Can I ask a question of you? What's worse, waiting for the post each day in case you are reassessed or phoning the DWP to find out when it will happen?

I think it is phoning the DWP as I don’t know the number, and would like some help with that, if you can give it to me. I have not received any brown envelope, so do I presume I don’t have the award. It’s like going into a tigers mouth. I hate phoning but realise I must do it to put me out of my misery about it all. It is late now and was expecting something in brown envelope to come. Sorry,

As I said, your current award remains in payment until a new Decision is made, if no Decision has been made, then your award will not be effected.
