Hi can Carers allowance be stopped after a PIP award reduction?GP told a friend it has nothing to do with PIP.

Carers Allowance is dependant on there being an appropriate DLA of PIP benefit being in place, so if the caree loses their Daily Living award then any CA will also stop.
